November 4th and 5th - we will gather in New York City to celebrate the ways gaming and LGBTQ culture have (and will continue to!) come together. GaymerX is the premier event series for LGBTQ Gamers and Games. At GXEast in New York on November 4th and 5th, attendees will experience the newest and greatest in queer gaming culture. With handpicked game demos, exciting presentations, and special guests, this is a conference you won't want to miss.

If you have not filled out your survey by then, there's a chance that you may not receive your rewards in the time that was predicted on the Kickstarter page.
To fill out your surveys either check your email or go to gxeast.backerkit.com and put in your Kickstarter email where it asks you!
Also, if you didn't back the Kickstarter or you're interested in getting more stuff, now's your last chance to tickets at $30, before they jump to $45!
As you may have already seen, we opened up submissions to volunteer at our second ever GaymerX East. We couldn’t stop there though, so now we’ve opened up submissions for Panels and Tabletop Games as well!!
Panels are incredibly important to our conventions, and we definitely want to highlight under-represented voices from East Coast communities. Please, even if you’re feeling shy or if you’ve never spoken publicly before, send us that talk you’ve always wanted to present. Speaking with friend is always an option too, just be sure to have your collaborators fill out this form as well so we know to include them.
If panels aren’t necessarily your favourite way to get your voice out there, you could also run a session of your favorite tabletop game! We aren’t limiting submissions to the classics either; if you’ve been working on a game of your own and just want to get some fresh hands on it please submit that as well! This is all about you, right? So please send us tabletop games of all kinds! We’re ready and excited to review.

This is just the BEGINNING! Now that we’re funded we can secure great guests, speakers, performers and of course games games games! Although, don't think we haven't been working on the con yet. We have been talking to various folks from the NY area about some of the things we can do to step up from the year before and we’re already making the plans to do so!

Shortly after the Kickstarter finishes we will be sending out a BackerKit which is essentially a web tool that lets you take the total of what you backed the KS for and then reorganize what rewards you'd like to get, in order to make a very straightforward no-confusion process!
